If you feel we are a fit, we are looking forward to welcoming you as Customer Success Manager – GIS in a permanent full-time position in our team at the GRAS head office in Cologne.

You will support the implementation and roll-out of the strong business development and sales strategy to significantly expand the customer base for the GRAS systems and services
You will create and practice integrated campaigns to increase brand visibility and product awareness
You will develop and maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships
You will support in determining customer needs and market trends together with cross departmental analysis to develop project ideas
You will identify business opportunities and expand collaborations with varied stakeholders
You will support the team in communication and meetings with prospective clients and project proposals

Your profile

University degree in business management, economics, communications or similar
5 years of professional experience after graduation
3 years of professional experience in sales, customer success management or business account management , preferably for B2B software solutions or sustainability
Proven ability to manage the acquisition cycle including prospecting, proposing, closing and developing projects
High affinity to geographic information technology, remote sensing and agriculture
Excellent ability to quickly acquire detailed technical knowledge and grasp scientific concepts and methodologies
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English (at least C1), good German or additional languages will be of advantage
Excellent communication skills in an international environment with stakeholders at all levels
High degree of initiative and very good decision-making ability combined with an independent working style and pragmatic, hands-on attitude
Willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement process and to drive change
